Our Tantric Bamboo Temple on Maui, Hawaii is one of a kind. Built in the shape of a Nautilus, nestled along the North Shore on 15 acres surrounded by jungle, waterfalls and the ocean. It's grand view is towards the famous Coast of Hana. While on the pristine Kahua land enjoy hiking trails which lead you directly to the ocean, where dolphins, whales, and turtles are often seen. Nearby you find a 100-foot-tall waterfall with 3 natural swimming pools, and an ancient Hawaiian Heiau (Temple) with a Feng Shui Coy pond.

Opua is a Hawaiian word which means 'The house which catches the rain to sustain our bodies.' The house is designed to meld East and Western styles of living. Many beautiful statues and wood carvings give the land a sacred templelike feeling. All rooms share a common living room and gourmet kitchen. The Dolphin, Hawaiian and Indian rooms share a Bathroom and Shower. The Opua house is decorated with a collection of arts from Kutira's world travels. |

The Lotus room, located on the bottom floor of the Opua house, is a large room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking our Koi pond with expansive Ocean views, Private Shower and toilet, and large closet. A sliding glass door opens to a large deck for sunning and meditation.
